88 Dr. Harley Rutledge, head of the Physical Faculty of the Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, USA, undertook an intensive field study between 1973 and 1981 with a team of 40 scientists, engineers and students; within its frameworks they were able to observe 178 unknown flying objects. When the area around Piedmont, Missouri experienced a flap of UFO sightings, the university wanted to find out what was actually observed. At the beginning of an 8 year study, a net of observation post were established by Dr. Rutledge. The results are retained in his book “Project identification – the first scientific field study of the UFO phenomenon”, published in 1981. He is now convinced that UFOS exist: But I cannot yet exactly say where they come from, but after everything I have seen, it is difficult to believe that our planet has the technology to produce them.” The great contention (Transmission from the year 1965) Well, the situation on Earth is serious. In spite of its high level of technological development, mankind remains on a level of enmity, hatred, mutual disrespect and destruction . There are a lot of people who rate lower than beasts. Sex crimes are increasing. – Some scientists apply all of their knowledge and all of their ambition to invent the most terrible means to destroy mankind. There are hundreds of millions of people who already despair, because they are no longer able to comprehend the moral and religious decline taking place around them. GOD hears your lament and you wonder why the “deluge” stays away. But GOD selects HIS own MEANS! • You live at a time that is of great importance because a spiritual dispute is taking place that is beyond the comprehension of any human being on Earth. Your eyes fail to see an event that cannot be described in words. It is in fact a deployment of all the INTELLIGENCES here and in the hereafter, an enormous deployment of negative and positive FORCES. A confrontation between heaven and hell! Don’t believe for a moment that this deployment of fortunate and unfortunate spirits and people must immediately result in a war. Other means are employed to fight here! One of these means is reincarnation , a rebirth here on Earth. According to divine LAWS, a soul that is to be reincarnated here on Earth must exhibit a certain level of development, it should be prepared . But the great confrontation utilises all possible means to not only interfere with the divine LAWS here on Earth, but also in the spiritual realm. This is the reason why hordes of unfortunate spirits have turned up to make use of every opportunity to take possession of a physical human body. These souls attach themselves to human beings in order to control and to influence them to act against GOD’S LAWS. • These unfortunate spirits push and shove their way to the front to be incarnated or into every embryo in order to be born on Earth. You must imagine that these souls do not yet have the required maturity to be born on Earth. There are the criminals of the otherworldly region. They are immature in every respect and they hail from developmental levels of a very low status. • You might wonder about a completely wayward person, one that does not fit within the framework of his own family. The father might be a priest – and the son might be a sex offender or a political despot. How are you supposed to make sense of this?
