These universal LAWS of LIFE were delivered to a refractory humanity before, when the Israelites were liberated from the privation of their deepest humiliation in Egypt with the help of extraterrestrial guardians and when their psychically gifted leader Moses was handed the two tablets with the commandments in a spaceship on Mount Horeb in the Sinai Mountains, as a foundation for a divinely orientated life. The same will take place on the planet for stragglers, the BROTHERS from the STARS will once again undertake the lectureship until suitable successors from the ranks of those willing to learn have been educated, so that they can carry on with the running of the institute of their own responsibility and thereby insuring the historical traditions for the next generations. These schools correspond with the old educational establishments on Earth. A religion will come forth from these indoctrinations and will serve as a basis for culture and civilisation. This cycle will run for about five hundred years and a point in time will eventually come, when these stragglers will pass their “final exams” and will make good the previously failed evolutionary step. I will answer the other question as follows: The first materialisations on that planet will happen by a REDUCTION of VIBRATIONS of the soul body until material concentration takes place. As this can only take place very slowly, the soul in its first phase, according to its disposition, will feel attracted to this new plane of existence; it will absorb ever-increasing amounts of organic matter, whereby a gradual concentration eventuates in materialisation. It is understandable that this process demands the longest time and depicts a re-enactment of the ejection from paradise, to use a pictorial presentation from the Old Testament, but with the difference that it doesn’t deal with a single couple, but with many who feel the IMPULSE to materialise simultaneously. The animal kingdom will also move along the same lines and the higher flora will develop as the bearer of nourishment. Is this a correct description? Answer : I can well understand that the term “Flying cities”, applied to the rescue ships waiting to accept those willing to evacuate, irritates you a little.
