The Delpasse-Effect

- 45 - Image 4: Typical stationary test arrangement. One can recognise how the capacity of high frequency is fed into the probe in the foreground on the right. The corresponding apparatus to produce and to measure the suitable high frequencies can be seen in the background. This stationary test arrangement only serves the purpose of measuring the high frequency characteristics of the probe. Only the probe is on the torsion scale during the activated phase of the test whilst the introduction of the high frequency capacity takes place. The electro-static effect of the capacity plates is smaller to the factor of two compared to the kinetobaric effect and can therefore be ignored.
