The all-important Why

143 Epilogue: Dear reader, my writing was at times a really difficult job for me. But I have now completed it. I am far from feeling proud about it, but I am pleased and very grateful and this for a number of reasons: I have a number of dear friends around me that encouraged my writing for month, particularly when I was racked with self-doubt. They constantly gave me faithful advice and helped me. Besides: I am sure that invisible help was often present near me. You can now understand how I mean this - they were my spirit friends. They inspired and supported me when I came to a stop. Therefore, what you now hold in your hands, or read from a screen, stems from team work and my contribution was my good will and my love. Something that was extremely helpful was the fact that I had the opportunity to learn stenography when I was young. I still find it easiest and more fluent to express myself through stenography. All of my drafts were penned in stenography first and this was a wonderful relief in regards to my writing this. I end my epilogue with a blessing - in stenography.
