This is how atoms are loaded with spirit FORCES and DERIVATIVES since time immemorial and all souls incarnated on planet Earth must try to deal with these FORCES, must try to neutralise, compensate for and illuminate things as best as they can with the cosmic LIFE FORCES they brought with them. All souls are therefore obliged to atone for and to neutralise the mistakes that they and others made in the past – by trying to nurture pure and elevated thoughts in their HEARTS, to keep their HEARTS shining and pure to benefit all souls. – Do you understand this? As you can see, strong souls can neutralise and brighten up a lot during their incarnations and souls that come from other systems to put on an earthly gown can compensate for mistakes that were made thousands of years ago. You can be helpers and make all expressions of life more vibrant, lighter and BRIGHTER through your completely conscious and responsible co-operation with brightening your planet. The encumbered atoms of your bodies are the ones that produce all prejudices and constricting concepts. They prevent you from effortlessly proceeding to higher conscious LEVELS of BEING. Drink aromatic herbs, eat red, yellow, orange and also violet fruits and cabbages, melons with red flesh, nuts and grains that are ripe and fragrant.
