19 ARGUN : No, there is presently not one single human being in possession of such plans. All of these assertions are untrue . All these people want to do is to draw the attentions of others in order to look interesting. There are however constructors that deal with such plans for spaceships – and they can come up with something of their own in this field of knowledge. February 1961 A transmission from ASHTAR SHERAN A large section of terrestrial mankind is evil . Another section of this human race is arrogant . A further section is impatient . Those that have complaints about their fellow human beings would like to change a four-thousand year old development overnight . These people demand from MESSENGERS of LIGHT to accomplish such a miracle; they would otherwise not be regarded as divine delegates. • We ourselves do not produce divine miracles – we help to prepare them or we accompany them. But we abide by every divine assignment. If we were told: Destroy Moscow or New York to the last human life! – We would abide without hesitation ; because the responsibility lies with the CREATOR, the CLIENT, and not with us. We have no right to criticise HIS decisions, we just have to carry them out. We can however not destroy a locality of our own accord. We serve LOVE and not revenge! The thing that one is however expecting from us is revenge. But I have to disappoint everyone in this respect. GOD will also not be a revenger. HE has another PLAN. The last word is however with HIM. HIS hand is still raised, it has not yet come down. • We assume that terrestrial mankind is supposed to be made judicious through a great indoctrination. • The ships from the heavens will not undertake a major mission until mankind has been reasonably orientated in regards to what kind of event they are dealing with. One was aware of what kind of event one was dealing with four thousand years ago. But one soon enough forgot .
