This chronicle contains facts like: • Mountains of wheat were burned whilst millions of people died of starvation. • Thousands and thousands of tons of comestibles were thrown into the sea in order to keep prices high. • Hectolitres of milk were poured down drains. • Savers were cheated out of their hard-earned cash. • People were placed under lock and key because they knew something the public was not supposed to hear about. • Newspapers were bought or bribed in order to hide injustices committed by the rich and powerful. • Princes of the Church engaged in battles in order to maintain their profit-yielding supremacy. • Millions of people are cruelly slaughtered, without sedation and worse than cattle, because a group of power-hungry, egotistical and faithless people defend their positions through the blood of the people.
