PsyGrenz-EN app for Windows
The PsyGrenz-EN app for Windows is an application that includes all English-language protocols published on our website (without audio files). Once installed, you no longer need the internet to read them. The app contains a search function with which you can search for terms or phrases. All protocols can be searched. The navigation is self-explanatory.
If you do not need the app any longer, it can easily and completely be removed via an uninstall routine (to be found in the start menu).
The app is available in EXE and ZIP formats. The exe file is the setup file. In order to install the software you need to double click the psygrenz-en-setup.exe file. The ZIP file must first be unpacked on the computer so that the setup file can be executed.

What might make you uncertain:
After downloading some files on Windows 10, you will receive a message that the computer has been protected by Windows. In this case, the file is not executed and the following message(s) is/are displayed:
Windows protected your PC.
The exact message is: " Windows SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk." This SmartScreen protection may not provide additional security at all, especially if you are running up to date antivirus software on your system.
The execution of the application is prevented by Windows Defender. In this case, proceed as follows:
Directly below the message text, the dialogue shows an inconspicuous link labelled "More info". If you click on this, the information displayed changes. The app name "psygrenz-en-setup.exe" and the publisher "Hildegard Seidel" are displayed. In addition, another button "Run anyway" appears. If you click this button, the programme can be started as desired.
