At the end of time

3 Introduction (by Hermann Ilg) When we talk about the end of a specific time, we have to assume that it must have had a beginning. But as time can’t really have a beginning or an end, the meaning of this terminology in our case must be different, it must be an endlessly flowing abstract. And indeed we talk about a limited period of time, namely a part of the “Galactic Year” as one describes one orbit of the solar system around the centre of the Milky Way. To use our own way of reckoning, one such orbit takes about 25,800 years. Just the way an Earth year is divided into 12 parts, which are experientially characterised by certain attributes, a galactic year is also differentiated into 12 spheres of influence, but compared to the planetary situation, these spheres of influence are much more effectual. But while the sun seems to touch on all the spheres of influence of the zodiac during one year, looking from our point of view, the solar system takes between 1,900 and 2,500 years to move through a single sign of the zodiac looking at it from the centre of the milky way. The differences in the times of duration in the various signs of the zodiac are in direct relationship with the extreme elliptical orbit of our solar system. The characteristics of these spheres of influence of the galactic year stem from the divine principal of redemption the human mind cannot grasp, but through intuition can be accessed by the human consciousness. According to ancient knowledge based on cosmic LAWS, our solar system is about to leave the sphere of influence of the zodiac sign of Pisces and is entering into the sphere of influence of Aquarius. The Age of Pisces started about the time of the birth of CHRIST. Its dominating characteristics are devotedness, LOVE and the willingness to make sacrifices. Due to the immaturity of mankind, the determinant character of this sphere of influence was never understood; thus Earth turned into a planet of imperiousness and fanaticism. The end of the Age of Pisces has arrived and the maturity for the next evolutionary step has not been achieved at the same time. It is therefore understandable that we talk about the greatest step mankind is facing, as our coarse material plane of existence will change into a fine material (ethereal) world in the next eon, with the determinant characteristics of the spiritual principal. The context of the above orientation may serve to help understand the following expositions. Analysing the present (by Hermann Ilg) Mankind finds itself in a period we could call a transitional state between two Ages. This is of a cosmic nature and in so far can’t be influenced by man. Every astronomer has knows about the significant consequences that are the result of the movement of the stars. Based on their modern methods of observation, they can calculate with great accuracy which constellations the stars and the planets will form, if they have a telescope at their disposal. But this is only an external event, but it does receive exclusive attention. Without wanting to belittle the achievements in the field of astronomy, let me say that besides the mechanical knowledge of the
