The hereafter - Addendum

-58 - February 1973 The exploration of the spiritual realm (Author H. V. Speer) Questions for the leader of the circle, Herbert Viktor Speer: Question : What gave you the idea to question the hereafter? Speer : I read about it and I wanted to find out by myself whether there was some truth to what I read. I knew that there were still some unexplored FORCES, but I didn’t believe in ghosts and spirits. Question : What form of communication did you choose? Speer : With my son, who was 17 years old at that time, I attempted to write with an upturned glass. We used an alphabet made up of larger letters, they formed a square, and we placed an upturned liqueur glass in the middle. Once we simultaneously touched the glass with our fingers it began to move towards the letters. We noted the letters touched by the glass and read the message. Question : Could this message not have come from the subconscious? Speer : I regard something like this possible, but in our case we were asked the question of what we actually wanted to do and whether we were prepared to work for something good. We naturally had not expected such a message, because we had not asked any questions at all. Once we confirmed that our intentions were good, the invisible contact introduced himself. He simply called himself RALF. He then proceeded to write with the help of the glass and told us that he was an officer and had died in Africa. He also gave us the location. With the help of a map, we checked the details he gave us and they were correct. Question : Did you encounter difficulties with working with a glass? Speer : Yes, we noticed that another spirit wanted to interfere with our communication. When we forbade these interferences, we were fiendishly reviled and threatened. This verified the genuineness of our contact with the hereafter. Question : Was this kind of abuse repeated? Speer : Yes, particularly when we touched upon religious subjects or when our otherworldly FRIEND wanted to teach us something. Question : You mentioned threats. What kind of threats were they? Speer : One tried to force us to perform tasks that we found illogical and unfair. When we refused, they said: “Do you want to disobey GOD?” Therein lays a great danger. If one were to follow their instructions, one could bring about a calamity and one could end up in an asylum. Question : Do you believe that one could be incited to commit a murder in this way?
