The hereafter - Addendum

-53 - Church scholars baulked at any change or correction for thousand of years. This is the reason why psycho-science was totally neglected. Forces gradually began to stir after WWII and they started to undertake research into the otherworldly truth. There are even a number of magazines in circulation that deal with this in order to publicise this field. • All evidence in regards to the survival of the human soul, that is to say, the survival of consciousness, has been talked out of existence or put in doubt by academics and journalists afflicted by prejudices. Arguments brought forth by them can hardly be refuted by a layman. But a practising researcher into the hereafter, dealing with the supernatural almost on a daily basis, recognises the complete instability of the presented explanations. The catchphrases one uses are always the same: Telepathy, hallucinations, telekinetic, thought projections and subconscious ingenuity or abreacting of complexes. It might well be the case that we’re dealing with something like that in a number of cases, but a genuine phenomenon has other causes that a spiritualist recognises immediately. When dealing with life in the hereafter, almost all scientists balk at this truth, because their studies have influenced them in such a way that they cannot make sense of a spiritual doctrine. They cannot comprehend that still unrecognised laws of nature exist that influence us in spite of this. Our psychic accomplishments are naturally also acknowledged by journalists and academics. They are however of the opinion that the ingenuity is subconsciously anchored within the medium and that a séance miraculously conjures this up. As we have held more than 1,000 séances, we have an excellent overview of just how far one can conjure up such a “subconscious ingenuity”. Through our numerous observations we can ascertain by small distinguishing marks in particular, that the otherworldly are extremely individual, that they possess a temperament and that their thought processes move in a completely different direction than we are use to. We also observe that they have to overcome difficulties in order to communicate with us. – We know under which condition they can write automatically or not. We know that turning a page can bump into difficulties, because it produces a break in contact. It is very difficult to completely describe these trifles without being able to demonstrate them. All our reader can be completely confident that we do not lie to them, that we confine ourselves to telling the exact truth. We refrain from getting involved in any fanaticism. We rigorously avoid any dogmatic piousness and concentrate with appropriate respect on the WORLD of SPIRIT, on the scientific and all opportunities qualified to raise the level of mankind spiritual maturity. We have been intensively and successfully engaged in this mission for over 20 years. Questions and answers June 1972 Question : Is paradise an otherworldly world or a spiritual region?
