Terrestrial people know very little about the plans they will one day put into action. Operation Mars also belongs to these plans. Question : Will our technical endeavours suffice to bring this about? ELIAS : Yes, terrestrial people will probably achieve this, but help from the SANTINER will save them a lot of time.
