A second of shock Participants at séances often experience that in spite of their previous serious doubts, some answer by the spirit GUIDANCE suddenly and absolutely convinces them of the supernatural truth. This is the very moment they experience a second of shock that is so overpowering that they completely lose their composure. A feeling of deep humiliation connected with tears and a most bitter self-reproach are the immediate result of this. These moments are then – even for already convinced circle participants – always very devastating. As the recognition of the truth makes people also recognise themselves , they then know with absolute certainty that they had a completely false attitude up to now.
