June 1971 An interview Journalist Volker Kipke published an interview in a Berliner daily newspaper about the séances that take place at the Psychic Peace Circle, Berlin . He cited words the leader of the circle, Herbert Viktor Speer , is alleged to have said. Mister Volker Kipke never ever participated in a séance, but he wrote a whole series of articles for a newspaper about the “supernatural” just the same.
